While participants will still meet as a general session on day one, the second day will consist entirely of breakout sessions to give participants a greater ability to choose from different panels and topics. However, it will still address a wide variety of issues over the two days that are either of direct interest to oil and gas tax professionals or which serve to provide a better understanding of tax issues prevalent in the industry. We also still include an ethics hour, to keep professionals sensitized to this significant aspect of our practice
