.In almost every city, there are neighborhoods that grow—attracting businesses and jobs—and those that do not. What attracts employers to one community and not another? Fed economist Chris Wheeler studied 15,000 neighborhoods across 361 metropolitan areas to find out. He will present the results of his research during a luncheon meeting sponsored by the Community Affairs department of the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis.
