Health issues will be the focus of the next Irving Hispanic Civic Forum. Conducted entirely in Spanish, the program is presented by Vida Hispana, a monthly Spanish-language program produced by Irving Community Television Network (ICTN). René Castilla, executive dean of educational partnerships at North Lake College, will moderate the program, which will feature a panel of guests discussing health issues facing the Hispanic community, including heart disease, stroke, cancer, obesity, diabetes and oral health.
