The Natinal Federation of Paralegal Associations and Lorman Education Services are co-sponsoring this one-day seminar designed for presidents, vice presidents, bankers, attorneys working with financial institutions, paralegals, credit managers and other financial professions. This seminar will explore the Bankruptcy Abuse Prevention and Consumer Protection Act of 2005. Attendees will be able to increase awareness of initial default strategies and workout techniques, review basic rules governing repossession and foreclosure and discuss major issues facing secured lenders in bankruptcy proceedings. Continuing Education Credit is available.
