The purpose of this seminar is to provide an overview of a commercial appraisal with insights as how to judge whether or not it suits your needs. The seminar will detail different concepts of value such as market, use, and alternate use values. Topics will include what appraisals are, how one should perform appraisals, how to order appraisals, what type of appraisals are needed and how they are completed, key factors one should look for in an appraisal, and whether or not the report suits your needs. Attendees are eligible for 3 CPE Credits or 2.5 CLE Credits.
