What makes a little red ant thinks he can move a
rubber tree plant? He has High Hopes (remember that
childhood song?).
Where are your hopes today? The altitude of your
hopes will determine your attitude and results in your life. Whether
the little red ant moved the rubber tree plant or not is secondary to
the ant’s primary perception of himself. Before you can accomplish
anything you have to a belief within yourself that you can do it.
Secondly, the little red ant had hope which, is
the same as faith. The little red ant faith (hope) wasn’t just average
he had abundant faith! In order to pursue your goals, to make your
dreams come true, to have great relationships you have to have better
than average faith – High Hopes!
Little faith returns little results, average
faith produces average results, but above average super faith produces
extraordinary results. When you are pursuing your goals, involved in
personal relationships, building a business, you will face challenges
on your journey, it’s inevitable. These challenges can either be an
opportunity for growth or destruction, the outcome will be determined
by your level of faith. If you have little faith, you will not have
the vision to see past the darkness into the light. If you have
average faith, you may get a glimpse into the light after much
struggling and unnecessary frustration and stress. However, for those
with High Hopes, faith rises in times of challenge like
a plane in flight during a storm, the pilot just rises to a higher
altitude above the storm, the clouds, the rain into clear blue
peaceful skies. Although, in the face of great challenge those with
High Hopes can still see the victory!
If you are not satisfied with the results you
have been receiving in your life, change what you are doing! The
definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over yet
expecting different results! Stop the insanity! Change your perception
of yourself. Develop a strong solid belief system in your abilities,
talents, skills, thoughts, decision making, and overall attitude, know
that you are equipped with all you need to accomplish all you have to
in this life. Next, develop your faith. Faith is like a muscle and the
more you exercise your faith, the stronger it will become. Try keeping
a faith journal, to track your challenges, success, dreams, prayers,
and results. Review your journal often to encourage yourself and
remind yourself of what your faith has accomplished!
Until next time, seek first Wisdom and all other
things will then seek you!
